General Ledger Interface

Forget about re-keying data - the General Ledger Interface allows you to export journal entries from ADP payroll into QuickBooks® or any other accounting software package.

Along with the payroll and tax services included in our Compliance Services package, Compliance with Pay offers State Unemployment Insurance Management and our HR Help Desk, where answers to your personnel questions are just a phone call away. You'll also receive three ways to pay your employees and online access to individual checks and comprehensive pay histories.

Compliance with Pay includes all of the features available in our Compliance Services package, and includes a Pay Options package designed for maximum flexibility and convenience, as well as State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) Management and an exceptional HR Help Desk.

Pay Options

Choose to pay your employees with any combination of:

  • ADPCheck

  • Full Service Direct Deposit
    The quickest way to pay your employees - on payday, pay is automatically deposited in each employee's account.
  • Debit Card
    Pay employees electronically on a reloadable TotalPay® Visa® debit card.

Whatever pay option you choose, there's only one step to disbursement - simply submit your payroll to ADP. We'll do the rest.

State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) Management
ADP manages your state unemployment insurance tasks. We'll:

  • Complete and file all claims and appeals within the statutory time limits
  • Review your account to spot erroneous charges and unwarranted claims
  • Audit your SUI experience tax rate(s) to make sure you're charged correctly
  • Handle correspondence and inquiries from each state in which you pay unemployment insurance

HR Help Desk
