Best Places To Work 2010 LGBT Equality

2010 Corporate Equality Index
ADP achieved a 100 percent rating in the 2010 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) report that was released on September 14, 2009.  This report is compiled by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, which is an organization that rates businesses annually on a scale from 0-100 percent on their treatment of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees.  ADP will also be recognized in the Human Rights Campaign "Best Places to Work" list for achieving the 100 percent rating.  

Aberdeen Group

2009 Most Influential Technology Vendors
The Aberdeen Group has named ADP has one of the top 25 Most Influential Technology Vendors for 2009.  Some of the other companies in the top 25 are Microsoft, IBM, Oracle Corp. and SAP.

Forbes Names ADP’s CEO Top CEOs During Recession
Forbes names ADP’s Gary Butler the #1 CEO out of the top 25 named CEOs for keeping their companies afloat and thriving despite the recession in 2009.  Some other CEO’s in the top 25 are Steve Jobs of Apple, Robert Iger of Walt Disney Co. and Ian Cook of Colgate-Palmolive. 

Working Mother 100 Best Companies 2009

2009 Working Mother Award
ADP has been recognized as one of 2009 Working Mother 100 Best Companies sponsored by Working Mother magazine.  The companies on the list lead the way in pioneering programs that support families by offering benefits such as flextime, telecommuting and wellness programs.  In addition, these companies provide financial assistance for tuition reimbursement, retirement planning and pre-tax FSAs for childcare.

2010 Training Magazine Award
ADP ranks second in Training Magazine's "Training Top 125" for 2010. ADP was also recognized by Training Magazine in 2009 and 2008.

Fortune

Fortune's 2009 - 2010 list of America’s Most Admired Companies
ADP ranked first on Fortune's 2010 list of America’s Most Admired Companies within the Financial Data Services category.  To achieve this rank, ADP was measured on nine key areas including financial soundness, long term investment, use of corporate assets, quality of products/services and social responsibility.

 

2010 DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity
In 2010, ADP was recognized as one of DiversityInc's Top 50 Companies for Diversity.  Almost 450 companies competed for the award and ADP was ranked 49th among the Top 50.  In addition, ADP was named as one of the Top 10 companies for Latinos.  This honor recognizes ADP for their efforts as a leader in creating and supporting programs that help to build a workplace environment where diversity can flourish.

2009 Companies that Care Honor Roll
In 2009, ADP was again listed on the Companies That Care Honor Roll.  Sponsored by the not-for-profit Center for Companies That Care, the annual Honor Roll recognizes organizations for enhancing the quality of life for their associates and communities.

Standard and Poors

US Companies with Triple-A Credit Rating
ADP is one of just four non-financial U.S. companies to get a AAA credit rating - the top rating - from S&P and Moody's. The others are Johnson & Johnson, Exxon Mobil Corp and Microsoft Corp.
