Here are our recent awards and achievements:

		2012 Corporate Equality Index ADP achieved a 100 percent rating in the 2012 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) report. This report is compiled by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, which is an organization that rates businesses annually on a scale from 0-100 percent on their treatment of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees. ADP will also be recognized in the Human Rights Campaign "Best Places to Work" list for achieving the 100 percent rating.
		Forbes 2011 list of The World's Most Innovative Companies ADP was named to Forbes magazine's list of the The World's Most Innovative Companies, a ranking of the Top 100 “leading-edge corporations deemed most likely to succeed now and in the future.” ADP ranked #87 and was the only Human Capital Management company ranked among Top 100.
		2011 Garden State Equality Company of the Year Garden State Equality, New Jersey’s largest civil rights organization, named ADP as a 2011 Equality Companies of the Year for the second year in a row. The Garden State staff researched over 5,600 companies where a panel selected the honorees using a matrix of 15 criteria measuring not only a company’s workplace policies and practices, but also each company’s track record of social responsibility that goes beyond its own walls.
		2011 Diversity MBA Magazine: "50 Out Front for Diversity Leadership: Best Places for Diverse Managers to Work" Diversity MBA Magazine named ADP on their annual list of "50 Out Front for Diversity Leadership" for the second year in a row.
		2011 Training Magazine Award ADP ranks #17 in Training Magazine's "Training Top 125" for 2011. ADP was also recognized by Training Magazine in 2010, 2009 and 2008.
		Fortune's 2011 list of America’s Most Admired Companies ADP ranked first on Fortune's 2011 list of America’s Most Admired Companies within the Financial Soundness, Long-Term Investment and Use of Corporate Assets category.
		Computerworld's list of 100 Best Places To Work In IT 2011 ADP has been named to IDG’s Computerworld 2011 list of Best Places to Work in Information Technology (IT). The Computerworld listing of the Top 100 companies honors organizations that challenge IT staff and promote the growth of the department, while providing competitive benefits and compensation.
		2011 DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity In 2010, ADP was recognized as one of DiversityInc's Top 50 Companies for Diversity.  Almost 450 companies competed for the award and ADP was ranked 38th among the Top 50. This honor recognizes ADP for their efforts as a leader in creating and supporting programs that help to build a workplace environment where diversity can flourish.
		InformationWeek 500 2011 List ADP has been ranked 7th on the InformationWeek 500 list for 2011 – an annual list of the top business technology innovators in the United States.
		2010 Working Mother Award For a second year in a row, ADP has been named to the Working Mother 100 Best Companies list by Working Mother Magazine. This award is the result of ADP’s commitment to a family-friendly culture that supports the busy lives of its associates. ADP offers paid maternity leave, onsite medical offices, lactation rooms, flextime, elder-care resources and other wellness programs.
		US Companies with Triple-A Credit Rating ADP is one of just four non-financial U.S. companies to get a AAA credit rating - the top rating - from S&P and Moody's. The others are Johnson & Johnson, Exxon Mobil Corp and Microsoft Corp.
