2012 Corporate Equality Index
ADP achieved a 100 percent rating in the 2012 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) report. This report is compiled by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, which is an organization that rates businesses annually on a scale from 0-100 percent on their treatment of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees. ADP will also be recognized in the Human Rights Campaign "Best Places to Work" list for achieving the 100 percent rating. |

Forbes 2011 list of The World's Most Innovative Companies
ADP was named to Forbes magazine's list of the The World's Most Innovative Companies, a ranking of the Top 100 “leading-edge corporations deemed most likely to succeed now and in the future.” ADP ranked #87 and was the only Human Capital Management company ranked among Top 100.

2011 Garden State Equality Company of the Year
Garden State Equality, New Jersey’s largest civil rights organization, named ADP as a 2011 Equality Companies of the Year for the second year in a row. The Garden State staff researched over 5,600 companies where a panel selected the honorees using a matrix of 15 criteria measuring not only a company’s workplace policies and practices, but also each company’s track record of social responsibility that goes beyond its own walls. |
