Partnerships and Affiliations 

ADP has many affiliations with professional organizations:

  • Out And Equal is a national 501(c)(3) premier nonprofit organization dedicated to achieving workplaces where full equality extends to people of all sexual orientations and gender identities
  • NOD (National Organization on Disability) aims to increase the employment prospects of working-age people with disabilities by acting as a disability employment resource to the field and to employers. Their current focus is on improving employment prospects for America’s 33 million working-aged Americans with disabilities.
  • WITI (Women in Technology, Int’l) is the world's leading trade association for empowering women in business and technology to achieve unimagined possibilities and transformations through technology, leadership and economic prosperity.
  • Women of Color STEM Conference – a leading, high-level meeting of minority women in information technology, computer science, information science, bioinformatics, digital arts, and system, the Women of Color STEM Conference is the place to connect with the key issues in U.S. job growth diversity, the critical shortage of women in IT careers, technological innovation, and women-owned IT ventures.
  • NaVOBA (National Veteran Owned Business Association) is an organization that takes the veteran business movement beyond the beltway, provides intellectual research leadership, assists community advocates in their work of lobbying the government and, perhaps most importantly, convinces corporate America to “Buy Veteran.”
  • NSHMBA (National Society of Hispanic MBA) is an organization that aims to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development. NSHMBA works to prepare Hispanics for leadership positions throughout the U.S., so that they can provide the cultural awareness and sensitivity vital in the management of the nation's diverse workforce
  • HSP (Hispanic Scholarship Fund) is an organization that delivers a range of programs to Hispanic families and students through community outreach and education, affordability via scholarships, college retention and career opportunities. HSF supports a successful path for Latinos to attain a college degree - creating an increasingly valuable asset for a stronger, more competitive America in the 21st century.
  • The National Sales Network (NSN) is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit membership organization whose objective is to meet the professional and developmental needs of African-American sales and sales management professionals. ADP is once again scheduled to attend their 2008 national conference in Dallas. In addition to the annual conference sponsorship, we are partnered locally with 4 chapters across the country.

  • The National Black MBA Association® (NBMBAA)is the most powerful social network of individuals dedicated to increasing corporate diversity. They respond to member needs through access to front-edge learning opportunities, networking, social activities, new resources and fresh ideas. ADP is again sponsoring and participating in National Black MBA Association 30th Annual Conference & Exposition in September.

  • The National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. - Division of Firms (NABA-DOF) has been the leader in expanding the influence of minority professionals in the fields of accounting and finance. ADP participates in their annual conference by attending the two-day career fair and also sponsors continuing education and networking events.

  • The Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) is the leading professional association dedicated to enhancing opportunities for Latinos in the accounting, finance and related professions. ALPFA is a not-for-profit entity and membership is open to anyone who shares their values, mission, and principles. ADP is a corporate sponsor of their annual conference this summer.

  • ASCEND - The National Asian American Society of Accountants (formerly know as NAASA) is a non-profit organization established in 2005. ASCEND aims to be the premier professional association for enhancing the presence and influence of Asian Americans in the accounting and finance professions.

  • The Women's’ Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) is the nation’s leading advocate of women’s business enterprises as suppliers to corporate America. In fact, WBENC is the only national organization that brings WBEs and corporations together to work toward the mutual goal of improving marketing opportunities for resourceful women-owned businesses as vendors and suppliers to the nation’s corporate and non-profit sectors.
