ADP Leadership Speaks on Diversity
ADP has created an Executive Diversity Council to set an overall diversity plan for ADP. This is a group of 11 senior executives – led by ADP Chief Executive Officer Gary Butler – who not only set ADP's overall diversity direction, but also support and promote ownership of diversity initiatives at every level of the organization. Our executives are committed to creating a workplace of diversity and inclusion and a workforce that reflects the markets in which we compete.
