The National Black MBA Association® (NBMBAA) is the most powerful social network of individuals dedicated to increasing corporate diversity. The HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) Initiative supports partnerships with schools across the Southeast.  These partnerships enable us to work with key faculty and students to assist with professional development in preparation for internship and full-time employment opportunities.
